Channel’s 9 & Foxtel should be sweating a sigh of relief after a host of stars risked their lives flying across Bass Strait.
Led by The Footy Show funny-man, Sam Newman, the celebrity group flew to King Island for 2 days of golf on the smallest jet possible.
When ’15’ was informed the golfing group was flying to King Island on a private plane, we envisaged a small jet, rather than a propeller based long cocoon like aircraft. No offence, Sharp!
The high profile group consisted of cricket legend Shane Warne, Fox Footy’s Dermott Bremerton & Mike Sheahan, former Saints’ coach Grant Thomas & Geelong legend Doug Wade amongst other friends.
The group touched down ’round 4.45pm Friday at Essendon Airport’s jet base.
The group looked sleep deprived and liver soaked as they stepped onto the tarmac….
